Printed in 1951 in Hague Netherlands, this original travel poster was celebrating “La Haye sous les Fleurs” (Flower Festival), held from July 30th through August 4th, 1951. The work features a smiling lady, holding up roses in the historic 13th Century Ridderzaal Hall. She has flowers in her hair, and both her wrist and neck are surrounded by a colorful assortment of sunflowers, daisies and other beautiful illustrations. Some individuals relax on a sandy beach by a serene blue sea which is nicely reflected by the sun on the horizon. The poster is in good condition. It was designed in the Netherlands by: Guust Hens
